Faye is so lovely and honest. She is such a perfectionist with all her treatments. She will put you at ease if you're worried by explaining what she is doing during the treatments and with the calming music. The hairdresser's expertise was evident as she skilfully worked on balayage foils that completely transformed my look. She took the time to understand what I wanted, providing valuable advice and suggestions that were tailored to my preferences and hair type.Throughout the session, she explained every step,making sure I was comfortable and satisfied.I left the salon not only with gorgeous hair but also empowered with styling tips and maintenance advice.
