Fantastic experience! The space itself is beautiful. Rachel was so friendly and welcoming and gave amazing advice as to what I needed moving forward (she advised something i hadn’t even thought about that would work perfectly). The most amazing experience from start to finish. I didn't really know what I wanted just something meaningful for the memory of my Dad, a few days later a pic was sent and I loved it! On the day I was so scared but Rachel made me feel relaxed and checked I was ok numerous times! She made it clear on how to look after my tattoo the next few days etc thank you from the bottom of my heart for a lovely experience x

Been for a tattoo removal with Rachel at Kin, I have to say the experience from start to finish was exceptional. Rachel was professional and explained every part of the process. She explains what pain I would experience during the procedure which made it easier to understand what the process would be like. Rachel’s treatment room was spotless and tastefully decorated. The new shop is a beautiful and welcoming in space and her idea’s will see the business grow and flourish. Thank you for settling my nerves. I really didn’t have to be nervous at all. 10/10.

Just wow!!! From amazing customer service, warmth, professionalism, patience, knowledgeable , (Rachel explains every last detail about your treatment and can answer any question you may have), she is understanding, kind, extremely friendly and funny and TALENTED, what more could you ask for! I am a very fussy n meticulous person and obsessed with symmetry, and I trust Rachel with my face and I don’t ever worry! Rachel has done a flawless job with my under eyeliner/lash enhancement and has been doing a flawless job of my eyebrow tattooing for years now! RACHEL IS LITERALLY THE BEST!!!!!! Xx
