I booked for a jewellery change for two piercings but on arrival decided on 3, which Dom very kindly accommodated. We discussed options available and he explained which jewellery would be best fit for which positions and we settled on some snazzy upgrades. I also discussed my aspirations for some more piercings and we chatted about the options and heal time for different locations, and agreed on a consultation to confirm piercings and jewellery. Painless and discomfort free, I was sorted within the allotted time and on my merry way with some brand new sparkle.

I went here to get an eyebrow piercing and it was a great experience. Abbi was super professional and very calming given that I was a bit nervous since it was my first facial piercing. I'm very happy with the outcome of it and would absolutely come again

Dom was so informative, and his anatomical knowledge is phenomenal. It was my first visit and I was well informed on the procedure, metals used etc, and felt very cared for. The space is very cute, sterile and overall a really comfortable experience. They have my full confidence and I will be returning!

Dom is brilliant. Very professional, explained everything clearly and made me feel I was in good hands. I think this daith piercing hurt less than my tragus so Dom clearly has great technique. 100% recommended 👍👍

He is incredibly professional and talked me through every step, which completely put me at ease and gave me total confidence in his work. The studio itself is a hidden gem with a unique, comforting, and calm feel. There's a real sense of tranquillity that sets it apart. The combination of Dom's expert guidance and the serene environment made for a genuinely great experience. I will definitely be returning!

LNO is without doubt the best piercing studio I've had the pleasure of visiting. Great selection of beautiful jewellery, professional and expert treatment by the lovely staff, and a bright, clean, and welcoming studio. What more could you want? LNO is Cheltenham's best kept secret, although surely it can't be a secret at this point!
