Loved my first lash appointment! It was my first time getting lash extensions and I honestly had the best experience. Ashlee was so sweet, explained everything, and made me feel super comfortable. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. The premises are stunning, clean, great vibes, stroller/wheelchair accessible with spotless bathroom facilities. Chloe’s room has every comfort—cold drinks, snacks, chocolate, the comfiest bed, neck pillow, extra blankets, and an automatic lowering bed (perfect for my short self!). Her cosmetic brow tattoo work was meticulous; as a tattoo artist myself, I felt completely relaxed and confident. Chloe was calm, professional, friendly, and made me feel at home. The results—insane! I drove from Burpengary and I’m so glad I did. 1000% recommend !!
