Charlotte talked me through the tattoo removal process also when removing the tattoo she told me how far through she was so I knew how long left I had , the tattoo removal hurt a little bit but only when it got hot it’s the noise more than anything it sounds like your being shocked But it just feels like a rubber band hitting you I’d say pain was 5/10 deffo recommend ❤️

What can I say!! I’m having laser hair removal with Fenny!! The treatment is amazing!! Had problems with facial hair for years !! Had to shave everyday. What an embarrassing time I’ve had. Had two laser removal treatments and what a difference!!!! It truly works and Fenny is just so lovely take her time explaining everything!! Thank you Fenny! Be back soon it up date my journey. I’ve had treatments here with many of the fab professionals, from Botox, SPMU, facials and laser hair removal. All of them make you feel so at ease, they’re welcoming and chatty, but most importantly they make you leave looking and feeling fabulous! I've had my eyebrows done by Fenny for years and they've always been immaculate with an amazing service, so I've also recently completed a 3 session course of lazer hair removal on my armpits and Bikini line. I have pale skin and very dark hair and struggled with Shaving rash/obvious excessive regrowth. Lazer hair removal is a total game changer! Fenny makes you feel so comfortable I didnt bat an eyelid at such an intimate procedure. No discomfort , NO Shaving Rash, NO sore regrowth...NO regrowth AT ALL! If you want to be smooth as a baby seal, Fenny is your gal!

I had the new January offer for Carbon Laser Peel Package, Fenny asked if I'd like it as well as the treatments I'd gone in for. I decided to treat myself... it's been a very stressful year! Had my first carbon facial with Charlotte today. So relaxing, the laser felt a little warm on my skin it did nip a little bit in 1 area but not painful. My skin is glowing and feels amazing. Charlotte explained everything to me and answered all my questions, will definitely be back for more.

Following my facial and laser treatment my skin is so much brighter and my sun spots were noticeably lighter after just one treatment. I also had botox for the first time. Fenny was amazing, she is really knowledgeable and explained everything really thoroughly. I would highly recommend Fenny!

Old pmu lazer removal! Charlotte is so professional and keeps you informed throughout lazer. Charlotte first places a cooling strip over brows before starting the removal! These strips are great. Pads on eyes and safety glasses are worn. Charlotte counts down 1 2 3 as she comes into contact to the skin with the lazer. just a slight discomfort during the lazer process. Instructions on after care. Now to go through the 8 week healing process

We visited for prom makeup. From the start Leanne put my daughter at ease, she listened to what my daughter wanted and boy did she deliver! The makeup was flawless, excellent quality products and despite 32 degree heat looked perfect 6 hours later. Brilliant servive, would highly recommend.
