Johanna is the ultimate professional. She nurtures and maintains healthy relationships with her, no doubt, vast army of clients. I have never felt rushed. With Jo’s lifelong background in nursing I always feel in ‘safe hsnds’. The new clinic is beautiful and a credit to Jo’s hard work and commitment; she’s in this for the long haul which is reassuring. Too many untrained aesthetic beautician’s popping up. Jo is the real deal. I trust her implicitly.
