The room was lovely and straight away made me feel relaxed. Jasmine was so nice she talks to you and tells you what she is doing all the way throughout. Her care and perfection is on par and I look forward to having more treatments with her. Xx Ps she plays some good music 😊

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

I have been receiving laser treatments from RK for a while, but felt like I was not seeing the results I wanted. But since being treated by Jazmin, it has taken a positive turn after just a couple of laser sessions with her. I have been really impressed with Jazmin’s expertise and seeing the changes I had been so desperately wanting - really looking forward to seeing the final result in due course!

I had my first laser session with shaneen today and honestly i was not expecting such a warm welcome and kindness after a long working day. She really made me comfortable and encouraged me though-out with all the pain and stings during the procedure, you know it’s quit painful. Thank you so much for the survice Shaneen.
