We had a lovely experience. My daughter was very nervous and wasn’t sure if she wanted her ears pierced, but the two members of staff were so patient, kind, and reassuring. Highly recommend!

I recently had my jewellery changed by Angharrad and couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was amazing from start to finish – friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. Brilliant frim start to finish, explained everything she was doing every step of the way explained how to care for the piercing afterwards the only downside to it is I paid for premium jewellery and the diamonds come out already but apart from that she’s brilliant highly recommended and would book with her again I’ve already booked my daughter in for a piercing in the six weeks holidays

Adele was amazing. Booked to have my daith pierced but unfortunately my ear was to small for her to carry out the pericing. She was completely honest and truthful with me! Instead I chose a lovely tragus pericing wich she kindly helped me put in as my tragus hole had slightly closed up due to not having jewellery in it for many years. Highly recommend. All the girls was welcoming on arrival and was made to feel really comfortable and at ease. Will definitely be back!

I had the back of an earring embedded in my ear lobe and Adele and Tom were as gentle as they could have been at removing it. They really calmed me down and were so lovely. Would fully recommend Empress to anyone looking for a piercing or removal. Service is excellent

Georgia was amazing! I went in with very scary, 7 weeks old piercings from Claire’s that had gone horribly wrong, and she talked me through my options and gave me plenty of advice. She was really calm with me (I was really flustered!) and made me feel really comfortable. I decided to have the old jewellery removed and more suitable jewellery put in and she was really quick and gentle. I really appreciate her help! I feel much more positive that these will heal without any problems already.

I can’t thank Tom enough he’s the kindest most knowledgeable guy always makes me feel so comfortable. unfortunately for me I had to have a dermal removed due to going for surgery that he did such a good job of and it was beautiful. He removed it as carful and slowly as he could leaving minimal marking looking forward to coming back in the summer to hopefully get another one thanks again :-)

Emily was great! Went in to have my navel re pierced after removing for an operation in November. Emily quickly realised she was able to use a taper needle to reopen the old piercing as it had shrunk not closed. Saved me having to have it re pierced and I changed two other piercings jewellery during my appointment. Always happy with the service when I visit empress and this time was no different. Thank you! 🙏 x
