I had my laser hair removal session today with Mihaela and it was such a great experience! I didn’t feel any pain at all, which honestly surprised me in the best way. She makes you feel so comfortable from the moment you walk in, and she’s incredibly kind and professional. On top of that, she works really quickly without compromising on quality. I have just had my first laser session with Harjot. For someone that has suffered with hormonal hair growth on my face in particular I was super sceptical about taking the laser plunge. Harjot made me feel at ease throughout my entire season. I was comfortable and though painful in some areas (which was expected) I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Harjot was very professional as she went through all of the options for treatment. She was patient in answering my numerous questions which demonstrated her in- depth knowledge of all the products. .
