She was very knowledgeable, thorough, and really took the time to explain everything she was doing, which made me feel very comfortable. Had 3 piercings done and Mika was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable and happy throughout the appointment, everything was extremely clean and sterile and the environment was super cosy and warm.
