I’ve had hydrafacials with dermaplaning treatments many times before, but this experience at Skin & Things by Kat was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything was done so professionally and with so much care. The neck massage was incredibly relaxing and really made the whole treatment feel luxurious. A big thank you to Malakah for taking the time to explain every step and giving me clear instructions to help improve my skin. I truly appreciate the effort and attention to detail. Such a relaxing time! Thank you for an amazing spa experience. Looking forward to coming back. I have also passed on some feedback that I would prefer a hand head massage over a scalp massager, however thats my personal preference. I did find the scalp massaging tool really increased my scalp circulation!

My skin and hair felt amazing after the experience but also the next day! I was half asleep during the experience at a point there, which speaks levels of relaxation. I just wished I had grabbed some of the skin moisturiser that they used at the end of the treatment (if any was available to buy). Thank you so much! My first visit to the clinic and was immediately impressed by how clean, calming, and welcoming the environment was. The staff were all very friendly, which made me feel comfortable right away. During my laser tattoo removal session, I was attended to by Joumana, who was absolutely incredible. She clearly knows her craft and is genuinely passionate and dedicated to what she does. I felt completely safe and at ease throughout the entire session—and best of all, it was completely pain-free! I’m genuinely looking forward to my next session next month. Fantastic experience. The communication prior to the appointment was fabulous from Brianna, and the attentive care once I arrived was second to none. Beautiful space and friendly staff. My therapist talked me through the removal journey and process of my tattoo removal in a very well-explained manner that gave me peace of mind. Also, she was lovely and probably the best therapist who has waxed my eyebrows ! :)
