Where do I start, I had eyebrow tattoo removal from over 6 years ago. I was really nervous as I didn’t know the best way to go about this. I met Sarah and she immediately made me feel at ease. She answered all my questions although some may of sounded silly but she made me feel so comfortable the whole time. During the process she was so caring and even the days following she didn’t hesitate to answer any of my questions. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

I had such a great experience here. The removal process was incredibly gentle (huge plus for anyone with sensitive nails), and everyone was genuinely kind and accommodating — they even offered me a coffee while I was getting settled. The salon itself is beautiful, spotless, and really calming, and my nails turned out perfect. Prices are very fair for the amazing quality you’re getting, and the Carlton location is super cool and easy to get to. Honestly, become a regular here before this place becomes the most popular nail salon in Carlton.

Just had my brow tattoo touch-up and a mega volume lash set, and I’m obsessed! JEN WORKED WONDERS, refreshing my brows perfectly and giving me the exact shape I wanted. The mega volume lashes are stunning – so full and dramatic, yet surprisingly lightweight. The whole experience was top-notch, from the relaxing atmosphere to the professional service. My experience is very relax and pleasure. I was happy to choose them to do mole removal. It was the safest way to remove mole and almost no pain.
