Sam was brilliant from start to finish. She made me feel completely at ease, especially as I was quite nervous before my treatment. She was warm, professional, and reassuring throughout. The whole experience was far more comfortable than I’d expected, with much less pain and discomfort than I’d anticipated. It genuinely surpassed my expectations. This was my third visit to Lancashire aesthetics now and I am always so happy with my experience. I see Chelsea regularly (try to aim for monthly) for glass facials and I leave with amazing results each time. I already have good skin and a good skincare routine to begin with, but this ensures my dead skin is removed properly and enhances my skin in a way I can’t at home! Chelsea is also lovey and so welcoming. Worth every penny. Thank you as always, Steph x
