This was my third visit to Lancashire aesthetics now and I am always so happy with my experience. Rachel always explains exactly what she will be doing to calm my nerves and she does an amazing job of making my lips natural but beautiful. I will never trust anyone else but rachel with a needle to my face !!!

"I cannot recommend Jen enough! I was quite nervous about getting Botox/ and filler, but she took her time during the consultation to answer all my questions and explain the anatomy. Her technique is incredibly gentle, and the results are beautifully subtle and natural it's recommended to wait till your top up to see the best result as I did. Her clinic is immaculately clean and professional. If you want someone who prioritises safety and natural enhancement, she is the absolute best!" I had my first Botox appointment with Hannah today, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m absolutely terrified of needles, but Hannah was so gentle, patient, and reassuring from start to finish. She made me feel completely at ease and took the time to explain everything, which really helped calm my nerves!! The treatment itself was much easier than I expected thanks to her expertise and caring approach. If you’re feeling nervous about Botox or needles in general, I highly recommend Hannah. She was incredible, and I’m so glad I chose her 🤍

Sam was brilliant from start to finish. She made me feel completely at ease, especially as I was quite nervous before my treatment. She was warm, professional, and reassuring throughout. The whole experience was far more comfortable than I’d expected, with much less pain and discomfort than I’d anticipated. It genuinely surpassed my expectations.
