Emily who pierced me today was absolutely lush !! A 41 year old man slightly nervous having a mid life lip peircing, was made an absolute delight. Very professional and makes you feel so comfortable. It didn't even hurt lol. Always recommend, my daughters, wife and me have used these amazing group of professionals and every time they never disappoint. Will highly recommend to anyone, whether they young or older!! be in next guys for father's day lol 😆

We had a lovely experience. My daughter was very nervous and wasn’t sure if she wanted her ears pierced, but the two members of staff were so patient, kind, and reassuring. Highly recommend!

I recently had my jewellery changed by Angharrad and couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was amazing from start to finish – friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. Everything was done carefully and confidently, and she made me feel completely at ease throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and professional piercer. I went in to Empress Piercing with a clear idea of what I wanted. Georgia was amazing, she was so friendly and calming and picked out the perfect jewellery for my flat and helix. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you Georgia!

Brilliant frim start to finish, explained everything she was doing every step of the way explained how to care for the piercing afterwards the only downside to it is I paid for premium jewellery and the diamonds come out already but apart from that she’s brilliant highly recommended and would book with her again I’ve already booked my daughter in for a piercing in the six weeks holidays

Adele was amazing. Booked to have my daith pierced but unfortunately my ear was to small for her to carry out the pericing. She was completely honest and truthful with me! Instead I chose a lovely tragus pericing wich she kindly helped me put in as my tragus hole had slightly closed up due to not having jewellery in it for many years. Highly recommend. All the girls was welcoming on arrival and was made to feel really comfortable and at ease. Will definitely be back!

Georgia was amazing today with my 11 year old daughter having her ears pierced. Extremely professional and knowledgeable took her through the whole process step by step and made sure she was ok at every opportunity. Highly recommend to anyone looking to have a piercing

I visited Empress Piercing to get my navel re-pierced, Angharrad was great from start to finish. I previously had my navel pierced so Angharrad checked if it was still open and it was. Angharrad talked me through the process of reopening the existing hole and was very thorough with everything they did. Such a smooth and easy process, I will definitely be coming back!

I can’t thank Tom enough he’s the kindest most knowledgeable guy always makes me feel so comfortable. unfortunately for me I had to have a dermal removed due to going for surgery that he did such a good job of and it was beautiful. He removed it as carful and slowly as he could leaving minimal marking looking forward to coming back in the summer to hopefully get another one thanks again :-)
