Most importantly she is honest & brilliant at her work she doesn't pressure you into having work that you don't need shes all about accentuating what you already have. Just had my lip filler appointment with India, it was the least painful experience I’ve had with filler and she was so calming and uplifting the whole time! She created the look I wanted perfectly - I already had pre-existing filler so I just wanted some balancing and plumpness and it looks great

My first time. Excellent experience. Sam is incredibly experienced and explains everything prior to the procedure. Felt very comfortable and really happy with everything. Will continue to visit for my treatments.

Amazing, high quality and painless lash lift and eyebrows done by Valeria. Her attention to detail and precision is the best and i love how curled my lashes look. I couldnt recommend Valeria enough, she is so professional, down to earth and i genuinely enjoyed chatting away with her during my appointment! Thank you Royal Beauty Lounge again for the best service 💕

Julia was so welcoming, friendly and professional. I’ve travelled to Julia for her to fix my lips after many other failed attempts. I’m so glad I found Julia and will definitely be back again.. highly recommend

Had my lip filler and masseter Botox done by India today and she was honestly so lovely. She made me feel really comfortable from the start and kept checking in throughout. It was a bit painful at times, but she was so calming and reassuring that it made the whole experience much easier. Would 100% go back to her.

For the first time in 6 years it was lovely for someone to actually take note of my skin issues and look at it. Feel so much more confident that we have or will have found a treatment that helps manage it. Lots of advice on food and looking at allergies. Definitely recommend Sam. Made me feel so much at ease.

I met with Dr Sam regarding my concern of TSW following cessation of topical steriod use. He checked me very well and reassured me that my skin is doing well and is healthy and the infections I had healed. He then adviced me to use OTC medicated shampoo to help my skin heal further. His bedside manner is so lovely, he’s very kind and also understanding which is something I was worried about as some doctors don’t truly listen to your needs. But Dr Sam is the opposite he listens and addresses all your concerns in a professional and caring way. Thank you so much and I hope to be back for more

Such a fantastic Dr. Talked through the whole process to ensure I fully understood what the procedure was and what to expect. Showed me the product and expiry date (something that has never happened when previously having botox with other practitioners). Advised against having a certain procedure as it wouldnt look quite right on me, fully trust Dr Sam 100%. Thank you for such a great experience 😀 The clinic itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean and the location is perfect with parking outside. Overall a fantastic experience 👌
