I had a really good experience in the London clinic last week. I got 0.5ml of lip filler, the clinic was extremely clean. I have very small lips and this was my first time getting filler. I felt like I was listened to & didn’t feel pressured into getting anymore than I wanted. It’s been 10 days since I’ve had the filler and I can’t fault them one bit at all.

I had a great experience at The Needle Room. While staying in London I decided to get a couple of piercings and booked in, Inara was so professional and kind during the procedure. I would recommend her to anyone - Great experience, great price and an all round easy and stress free procedure.

Incredible first consultation with Dr Hen. I'm so glad I met her at the National Wedding Expo in London because I feel she is going to help with my skin journey to achieve improved skin for my wedding next September! Dr Hen explained the science behind my skin concerns in a digestible, easily understood format with diagrams & images, which I appreciated. Although there was quite a lot of information to take on board about the different products & their chemical composition, Dr Hen provided a personalised PDF that explains each product & what it's targeting. I can't wait to see the results!

The best cosmetic doctor in London by a long way. A wide range of treatment options and a personalised approach to each client. It's not "one Profhilo fits all" approach. It's about finding what's best for you, depending on your needs, budget, and life schedule. My skin is improving, even though ageing is supposed to have the opposite effect.

My experience today was fantastic! All members of staff were very professional, welcoming, communication was excellent also coordination of treatment was not pushy,. The prices are a little high but then I Ican help myself with the friend referral ,perhaps, being disabled, and a pensioner. 11 out of 10 for Mousa. I came to the London clinic today to get my lips done by the lovely Lauren and couldn’t of had a better experience. It was my first time getting my lips done so naturally I was a little nervous but I was made to feel relaxed so quickly, Lauren was super welcoming and she had an answer to every question I asked. The procedure itself was super painless and quick! Couldn’t of had a better first experience and will be coming back again for sure

Very welcoming clinic, I came as a new client and done the free consultation for laser hair removal. Had a very thorough session — answering all my questions, and explained the procedure, safety precautions, all the do’s and don’ts between treatments, and expectations. Happy to have found this neighbourhood aesthetic clinic, it’s new and clean, with experienced doctor and therapists. If you’re from around West Hampstead area and got a hold of their flyer for discounts, I recommend to see what treatment you can avail, out of several they offer.

I’ve been pierced by inara before and this was my first time coming with a friend. Inara is so lovely LOVED by the people, her customer service is too notch.
