Mona is the loveliest woman who is so reassuring and gentle. I had the liquid rhinoplasty and as soon as I walked in she made me feel at ease. She is very honest regarding how much you need. Wow what can I say that why by far the best Japanese head spa I had. Kauty is very professionally and passionate at her work. I felt so relaxed from start to finish I didn't want to leave. My hair feels amazing. I loved my Japanese tea at the end of my treatment. Would definitely book in for another one
