Sally was so gentle, and informative and very caring , I had previous Botox for migraines and wanted a Botox brow lift and a lip flip (gummy smile) we talked through all my options and previous work I’d had done and I am so impressed with the results the giant frown crater from the middle of my forehead gone , my eyebrows are lifted and eyes looking open and refreshed and the lip flip gave me the subtle definition I wanted on top of the filler I’d already had (done elsewhere), will definitely be coming back to this fantastic clinic !!

Great experience, easy procedure took less than 15 mins and pain free. Would recommend the spa for the antihistamine injection, my symptoms have disappeared two days later as the doctor suggested. A great relief after years of popping tablets, nasal sprays and eye drops for months on end every year during pollen season.

Absolutely beautiful clinic , felt welcomed from the moment I stepped through the door , my consultation was informative and we discussed all forms of treatment I was looking into before proceeding with brow lift and lip flip (gummy smile) Botox , the procedure was almost painless and I felt cared for throughout ! Can’t wait to see the results in 2 weeks !

Brilliant and professional, I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Dr. Sally is so welcoming, reassuring and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone thinking about having injectables. There is no hard sell or pressure, you can go away and think about it with no expectation that you are treated on your first visit. The after care is great, and I felt really reassured that I was in good hands. Five stars from me!

Genna was very professional. She explained what she would be doing in my treatment, what I would hear as the machine makes a noise only I could hear and how it should feel. It’s early days yet so no immediate results. This will come over time.

As always, Sam is a perfectionist and does a wonderful job. She’s a Mastercraft woman! And I wouldn’t personally go anywhere else. Her salon is beautifully decorated everything spotlessly clean.
