Friendly professional and extremely clean. Ash is really helpful and answered all my questions. I felt very relaxed and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to others. Easy to find above monroes on Highfield road. Just straight up the stairs in the shop. The stairs are right in front of you as you open the door. Parking is free and easy enough to find a space even though it’s a busy high street. Convenient to book a suitable day and time for me as well. I will definitely be looking at other treatments.

I’ve had a few treatments with Emma, including a chemical peel and microneedling, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ve always struggled with acne-prone skin and pigmentation on my cheeks, but since starting my treatments I’ve noticed such a big difference. My skin is so much clearer and I haven’t had a break out since having the chemical peel. Emma is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and really welcoming. She takes the time to explain each treatment and answer any questions. I will definitely be going back and would strongly recommend.

I had a chemical peel and microneedling treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. I was made to feel comfortable, everything was explained clearly, and the treatment was carried out professionally and with great care. My skin already looks and feels so much smoother, brighter, and refreshed. The results have exceeded my expectations, and I can really see the difference. Brilliant experience! Emma put me completely at ease, and was very thorough. We discussed my skin concerns and what I’d like to achieve. I’ve had treatments before and they have been quite rushed and not at all relaxing. This was the first time I have genuinely really enjoyed a treatment. Emma took her time and I felt completely pampered! I could have fell asleep! Looking forward to returning 😍
