I have 100000 percent faith and trust in Serena. It is so easy for clinicians to play on insecurities in these situations and she is always honest, knowledgeable and gives the best advice for the best results. She is also dedicated to working out a plan that is within budget and is achievable to maintain long term, which was important to me. Serena listens to her clients and advises based on your needs. I could not recommend her highly enough and in fact have. Friends of mine have left other clinics to be treated by the lovely Serena and have not looked back!

Another wonderful experience. It was Serenas first time botoxing my forehead so she was conservative around my eyebrows to make sure they didn’t droop. I came back for my 2 week check up and my eyebrows still had a little movement so she happily took care of it and now my (normally very busy) forehead is nice and still. Her bedside manner is lovely.

I had a great experience today with Serena. She was very friendly and professional. Her bedside manner was lovely and she was very gentle and caring. I got a forehead full of Botox, it hasn’t kicked in yet but I’m confident it will do it’s job. I used to go to a “big brand” cosmetic clinic to get cosmetic procedures done, it was always a different girl and they were never particularly warm. I’m so glad I found Serena, and I’m already looking forward to going back.
