Is spray tanning veilig?

Veel spray tanning ingrediënten zijn veilig – inclusief het gebruikte DHA (een plantaardig product dat ervoor zorgt dat de dode cellen op je bovenste huidlaag donkerder worden ), maar er kunnen onbekende risico's aan DHA verbonden zijn. Het wordt geadviseerd om je mond gesloten te houden en een neusplug te dragen om te voorkomen dat je tijdens je spray tan DHA inneemt en inademt.

Hoe bereid je je voor op een spray tan?

Douche en exfolieer ten minste 48 uur voordat je een spray tan krijgt. Dit helpt de vlekkerigheid te voorkomen en kan ervoor zorgen dat je kleurtje langer aanhoudt.

Hoe verzorg je je huid na een spray tan?

Om je glorieuze nieuwe gloed te behouden, moet je zwembaden, zout water en lange warme baden en douches vermijden; je moet ook de natte huid droogdeppen in plaats van wrijven. Probeer indien mogelijk minstens 4-5 uur na de spray tan uit de buurt van alle vocht te blijven.

Kun je douchen of zwemmen na een spray tan?

Nee. Tenminste niet voor de eerste 24 uur.
