Sharnnie is AMAZING!!!!!! I was diagnosed with fibro over 6 years ago, instead of managing with a cocktail of pills l decided to look at my lifestyle. Reflexology is a recent discovery, Sharnnie is the only person l have been too, and will be the ONLY person l will EVER go to. Sharnnie is helping me build a toolkit to survive the flare-ups and tackle everyday life, its a working process. After 6 sessions, the toolkit and reviewing my lifestyle, we are both happy with how my body is responding. Its a journey for me, but so glad l found Sharnnie to keep me company xx

Reflexology session with Sharnnie was really good and she is so knowledgeable and I feel so much better even after just 2 sessions. The mini facial was also so relaxing and good. I would definitely recommend reflexology with Sharnnie.

Lovely place, had never had a spray tan before so was a little apprehensive but Elisha was brilliant. Very friendly and we came out of there feeling fab for our holiday!

I booked the 'stress release massage' today with Lilly. She was polite and informed me what the massage would consist of. The massage was awesome, with just the right pressure. The only negative i can think of is the fact my session ended. Lol, I was so relaxed, it was just what I needed to help my mental health. Will be booking again with Lilly soon. Thank you 😊 💆‍♀️
