Love Rach - she's so knowledgeable and experienced. I love how she gives advice about best / future treatments without feeling like I'm being pushed to spend more money. I like that I can ask questions about what's doing so I feel like I'm also being educated about my skin and best practice. Rach is super friendly and chatty - yet always professional. She is my one-and-only go-to for facials.

Lovely lady, very chatty, confident and professional, puts you at your ease, all questions answered, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely book again, also spray tan next time.
