I’ve been coming here since I was a university student at University of Manchester. For two years, when I started working, I would take a train from London to Manchester just to get my brows and underarms done here. I always show a picture and get the result I want. The business owner and his team are fantastic. I can’t wait to see this become a beauty empire. I’ve moved again and I’m still catching trains just to come here. I’ll always be a loyal client, even refusing to do my brows months at a time unless it’s by Robbie. A human owned business that loves their clients. Can’t beat it!

Maravilhoso! O espaço é extremamente limpo, organizado e aconchegante. A equipe é super profissional, cuidadosa e orienta a gente perfeitamente sobre os cuidados com a pele antes e depois da sessão. Carly is awesome at everything she does. Her facial and massage ability is second to none. I love a good massage and hand on heart she gave me the best massage I'd ever had. Now let's get on to waxing. I go to Carly for full leg, Hollywood, underarm and my face. Carly makes you feel so comfortable when it comes to intimate waxing and she does it quickly with minimal pain. What I will say with waxing is, stay on top of it and it hurts less and less each time. I also have pedicures with gel toes that last ages! Id like to say thankyou Carly xxx

Gemma is incredible at what she does! Had my second lip blush appointment (touch up) and I always feel in such safe hands. Would 100% recommend! ❤️

I was booked in for my haircut and Danielle was able to do my spray tan aswell. :) The staff are lovely and accommodating I’ve been coming to the loft for years would highly recommend and would not go anywherelse.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A princess day with the best tan!Going to Selma is always wonderful. Today I had a deep exfoliation, a Moon Bath (Banho de Lua), and a sunbed tan, and I left with a beautiful color and totally refreshed skin. To make it even better, I was pampered with a really delicious coffee! I love her work and wouldn't trade her for anyone. 5 stars for sure!
