I felt welcome from the moment I walked in to the salon. Taylor did an amazing job on my hair which had not been coloured for a long time. She took the time to talk me through everything and all the options. She made sure the cut was perfect and didn't rush even when I was not sure. I booked daughter in when I left and she even took the time to slot her in on a Saturday. I walked out satisfied with both my hair and the service and really loving my hair. I will definitely be back!

Brilliant. I’m new to the area, and had let my hair become very overdue for a cut, as where do you go? Who do you trust? Today’s appointment allowed me to put those hesitations aside. From the time I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Izzy., who also washed my hair. Sensational head massage Izzy, thank you. Taylor listened to what I wanted, she heard my wish for but also hesitation about changing hair length. Taylor didn’t rush me. She gently listened and responded. It was a very positive experience. My make‑up lesson with Pamela was exactly what I needed. She’s warm, highly skilled, and an excellent teacher. Pamela explained everything clearly, demonstrated techniques on one side of my face, then coached me through doing the other side myself. I recommend reaching out for a lesson to take your make-up application to another level.

Paola was amazing!!! I've had my hair done many times before but she was the first to instantly recognise that it does not hold at all and was able to adjust it accordingly. Never have I been able to go to an event without my hairstyle coming loose until now! She also did an amazing job at the make-up and followed the inspo picture perfectly! Thank you so much!
