After suffering with a non-stop headache for months I decided to take a chance and got a massage/acupuncture course from Liam over at Peak Performance. It turned out to be by far the most effective pain relief I've had since it's started. I will definitely be booking another session sometime in the near future. Thanks again.

Fantastic again few sessions now and getting to the bottom of the problem. Ben always listens to my opinions on my injuries. Always helps to find a way to help me improve. Wether it be from sports massage or exercise and training advice. We wanted to work on strengthening muscles. Due to a latex allergy I’ve never been able to use bands. Ben went above and beyond by sourcing me bands to help. Highly recommend will never go anywhere else now.

Amazing massage! I’ve had lots of massages all around the world and this one, in my home town, was the best I’ve had. There was real care taken into what I said my problem issues were, massage didn’t feel rushed at all and advice for afterwards and in the future was really well received! 100% recommend this lady. Lisa is incredible at what she does. I have been suffering with sciatica and hip pain for the past four weeks. My shoulders and legs were super tight going in, but I left feeling loose, relaxed, and way more mobile. It was deep, effective, and exactly what I needed.
