I booked in for a hydrofacial and indian head massage . The treatment was absolutely blissful and so relaxing . The facial left my skin absolutely glowy . Would definitely recommend !

Simone was great. He took a few minutes to discuss what I needed and check posture/muscles before starting the session. He explained what he was doing throughout and where he could notice muscles stiffness/tension, making sure that muscles were warmed up properly, so that even knots were (mostly!) pain-free when massaged. I felt so much better afterwards, and would definitely recommend!

I've been coming for the Ultra Tesla seat which is truly improving my life, so I'm very glad to have found the Cryo Lab. All the staff are really lovely and helpful having responded quickly to my initial enquiry. Today I booked in a massage as I was there for the seat. Jordanne's deep tissue massage was amazing for all the problem areas of my back ... I floated out on a cloud feeling loads better. I very much recommend:-)

Lewis came highly recommended from a work colleague. Lewis is very accommodating and welcoming and puts you at ease. I had my initial consultation where Lewis listened to me and my issue. Lewis made a number of recommendations to get me back doing the sports I enjoy the most. I had the best body reset massage and left feeling fantastic with now no pain I'm my shoulder and neck. If I have any further issues in the future I know where to come. All round 5 star Service.

I had a 1 hour 30 minute sports massage to help with muscle tightness, and he went above and beyond by giving me great aftercare advice and practical tips to strengthen my lower back. No words - the full body lymphatic drainage massage is absolutely INCREDIBLE. Walked away feeling so relaxed and light. Honestly makes you feel in a way you can’t explain. Highly recommend - especially if you don’t like super intense massages. It’s so gentle but you still walk away feeling like you’ve had something done. Thank you Paris for my pre holiday de puff 🥰
