I was anxious before my appointment however I found Arun to be friendly and easy to talk to. He was very professional and I felt that he understood the issues I had. I went to have a sports massage on my back and neck as was struggling with pain and stiffness, after 30 min massage came out feeling a little battered but within an hour of the massage omg what a difference cannot describe how much better I feel already ! Would highly recommend the difference after 30 mins is amazing ! Thank u

I have to say my visit to the Wellness Centre was quite exceptional. I suffer with different painful issues, The massage I had was very thorough, deep and professional, Arun was very careful and thorough, possibly one of the best massages I have had for unknotting sore muscles and bringing some much needed pain relief. I hope to make it a regular thing. Thanks very much for some needed respite.

This guy’s hands are like homing missiles for areas of tension. Excellent back massage and as promised, I do hurt the following day. Highly recommend
