Had my first hypnotherapy session with Karen today, I was very anxious as wasn’t sure what to expect but I hadn’t of needed to be as Karen was brilliant and put me at ease quickly. The treatment room was perfectly set and really calming and Karen was nothing but extremely professional. At the start of my session Karen explained everything that would happened and listened tentatively to my reasons for wanting to give hypnotherapy a try. I am booked in for another session and am really looking forward to my future sessions.

I loved it from start to finish .so relaxing having hair washed and when it came to my hair they took time doing it right saying what they were doing and if I liked it will definitely be back again
