The best back/neck/shoulder massage I’ve ever had to relieve tension. Afterwards Karen took the time to give me some tips and stretches to do at home to ease my pain between massages which was great.

Very friendly and informative. I noticed the difference in my flexibility and reduced pain in tight muscle areas after my first sports massage with Karen.

Lovely pedicure and back massage

Today, I had an aromatic massage and my second microdermabrasion treatment. The massage was so relaxing, and my skin looks even more refreshed than the first treatment. Also, I have an injured knee from a fall, and she took great care of it during the massage making sure I was comfortable. Every time I go, I am always so relaxed afterwards.

I had a 1 hour full body tension release massage - it did exactly that. I left feeling pampered, relaxed and freer. Definitely would have it again.
