Post-evenement – gegeven tot twee uur na een activiteit om het te helpen bij de myofasciale afgifte. Herstellend – heeft tot doel blessures te voorkomen en intensieve training mogelijk te maken in de aanloop naar een sportevenement waarvoor je traint. Revalidatie – heeft tot doel weefselontsteking na een blessure te verminderen.
