Great visit to Gina as always. The sports massage always seems to relieve pains in my back and gives me more movement back after. Would recommend Active Balance to anyone needing a sports massage.

I went to see Gina for an initial consultation and sports massage, to promote muscle recovery after exercise & running. She was professional and very friendly, chatty, she explained clearly what she could do, and asked what I was expecting/ needed. My muscles felt far less tense after the treatment.
