Just had a sports massage from Craig. He put me at ease straight away regarding my back and leg issue. Extremely comfortable throughout thw whole experience. Craig was fantastic and I would highly recommend anyone thinking about booking in to do so.

I received a sports massage from Craig. Craig was very knowledgeable and professional and also provided me with some exercises and advice to try at home. Fantastic, friendly service and COVID safe. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

I normally have a 60min sports massage with Craig, every sports massage I’ve had has been brilliant. This was my 1st 90min sports massage, it was absolutely brilliant!! 🤩

Laura was very friendly, professional and informative. She listened attentively to any concerns I raised about my injuries and used the sports massage to identify a potential source to my pain. She then offered me advice on how to strengthen the area as a potential path to relieve the pain. Good chat and a very friendly and relaxing experience.

Had a sports massage for frozen shoulders with Craig and found it very helpful. Craig was very aware of the amount of pressure I could take during the massage .and explained what he was doing during the massage .Today my shoulder fell less tight . I have booked another massage . It is definitely worth trying .

I got a 30 minute sports massage with Craig due to back pain that I got told by gp I couldn’t do anything about as was muscular. This was ongoing for months with a trip to out of hours and couldn’t believe the pain went away a few days after my massage! Craig was so professional and knowledgeable I will definitely be back if needed. Highly recommend!

Craig was super lovely and the massage was excellent. I’d heard a lot about sports massages being really sore but he was firm with it without causing any real pain/discomfort. Will definitely go back.

Excellent experience. Came in with hamstring issues that had been bothering me for months and Robb gave me a detailed rehab plan that has worked great, while also allowing me to still exercise throughout the process. On my way to full recovery within 2-3 months (only 3 appointments) which is amazing! Robb was very thorough and explained all the rationale behind everything we were doing and I appreciated the independence to follow a program in between appointments rather than insisting on attending appointments every week etc. Would definitely return if I have any other sports related injuries.

Just what I was looking for in a massage, Laura was brilliant and focused on the areas that needed attention the most 10/10

Felt great after massage thanks again

I was suffering from chronic neck pain effecting my mobility and ability to exercise. I had previously been to physios focussing on massage which worked temporarily but the pain always returned. Robb got to the source of my pain, gave me a plan deload my existing work out routines and added rehab exercises I could do on my own, allowing me to continue exercising and then built me up from there. Biggest praise I can give is that I no longer require visits as the pain has gone and I have the tools to maintain this myself. A really pleasant guy to speak with too.
