Recharge Remedial Sports Massage. What can I say. Fiona you absolutely nailed those trigger points and freed up those tight knotted muscles. Once again Recharge Remedial Massage did another awesome job. Fiona has given me the ability to be able to train six days a week without little to no sore muscles. But. Even if you don’t think you have sore muscles. Fiona will find those tight spots and relieve the muscles tightness, soreness.
