Our experience was awesome, the driver picked us up at our Airbnb and brought us to the spa. Our first treatment was the sugar scrub, which was great, 10/10. We then did the full body massage, facial and pedicure. The staff was very professional and friendly. We didn't have any issues with our entire experience. We will be visiting again more regularly.

This is the most amazing day spa. My driver was late picking me up from my Airbnb but they were accommodating and understanding, they even offered to come and pick me up. I had a deep tissue massage with Garvin. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I think it was the best deep tissue massage I ever had!!! I will definitely be back!!

Absolutely amazing experience. We are here on vacation from Houston, Texas. I’m extremely happy we googled a spa here in Montego Bay. This particular spa had great reviews so we decided to give it a try as our resort was booked for that day. We do not regret it. The customer service and experience exceeded our expectations. I had the most amazing experience! My masseur (Romaine) was incredibly professional, attentive, and thorough. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. Every part of the session was handled with care and expertise, leaving me completely relaxed and refreshed. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a top-quality massage. Always a pleasure. Karen I think was my technician and she always does a great job. Annette and her team is always on point. Annette hovers like a mother ensuring that EVERY CLIENT is great!! She LISTENS and that's the foundation of Customer service. I have not experienced that any where in montego Bay that offers this service!! They are really the best in montego bay and I have been in tourism industry for 23 years, great Customer service is very very important. Only tip n sip makes me feel like coming back all the time. I don't feel like I was robbed when I am paying my bill!! Love it 🥰💯

Only place right now in Montego bay area owned by Jamaicans that still maintain a standard! From the owners to the receptionist to the cosmetologist. It's just awesome 👍. Tip Sip is one of my Happy Place. Hailey did my Pedi; even though she is Spanish speaking she tried to communicate each step as she goes along. My foot was well done; Polish flawless and that foot massage was everything. The Proprietor and her staff are truly friendly and gave excellent customer service. Fully recommend.
