I had the Love Your Feet pamper package at Mood Beauty Spa with Kholofelo, and it was a wonderful experience! Kholofelo was professional, attentive, and made me feel completely relaxed. The treatment was thorough and left my feet feeling soft and refreshed. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere was calm and soothing, perfect for some well-deserved self-care.

Nosipho was kind enough to stay and help me even though the shop was closed already, she took her time to educate me about the different massages and what i needed specifically for my areas of concern. It was a great experience overall.

I had the most incredible head spa treatment! From the moment it started, I felt completely relaxed and cared for. The atmosphere was calming, the techniques was so soothing, and I left feeling refreshed, light, and rejuvenated. Honestly, it was pure bliss. The massage, staff and facilities itself is great. I think what would make it better is if your parking situation is just clearer to new clients. That they can park at BVI (but signs show parking is strictly for BVI). Then when you go up the stairs just some signs on how to navigate to your spa.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mood Beauty CPT is a pamper paradise! The spa is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. My massage therapist, Cikizwa, is a true expert — she made me feel at ease, communicated clearly, and intuitively worked out every knot and tension. We had such a warm, enjoyable conversation too. I’ve had both the Swedish and deep tissue massages here, both were incredible. Highly recommend visiting for a truly relaxing, rejuvenating experience. I’ll be back! Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here, everything is immaculate, neat, and well-maintained. A Luxury experience!

the ladies are really lovely and do a good job. 3 things I think could improve the environment pls: 1) no eating - especially crisps, very noisy!! 2) quiet time for those getting treatment, would be nice if those waiting can also be reminded to keep it quiet, especially if they have children. 3) can the music be a bit softer / gentler pls. I know the space is small, but the idea of a spa / treatment is to relax. thanks

I simply love going to Prim & Proper Salon and Spa. The personalised service and attention to detail from owner Kamo is a great. She listens to her client's needs and delivers. Priscilla who works with her, gives the best massages and I'll highly recommend her to melt away any aches/pains/knots.
