I had such a lovely experience having my polynucleotide treatment here. From the moment I arrived, I felt really comfortable and at ease. She was so down to earth, friendly and approachable, but also very knowledgeable and informative. I really appreciated that she took the time to explain everything properly without any pressure or hard sell , it felt very genuine and reassuring. She made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable, and I felt like I was in really good hands throughout. I would definitely recommend her to anyone considering treatments. Gai is absolutely incredible! So precise and accurate knows exactly where to target muscles for relief and recovery. Gai is very knowledgeable in all aspects of massage and muscle relief, i wouldn’t go anywhere else! the place itself is beautiful and very private which was perfect for massage. i have booked again in a months time to continue my muscle recovery. Had the most amazing relaxing facial today 😍✨ From start to finish it was such a calming experience. My skin feels so soft, fresh and glowing! The atmosphere was lovely, so relaxing and I left feeling completely refreshed. You can really tell how much care and attention goes into every step. Oh My God. Hard to put into words just how good an hours massage was. Sorted out issues with the area between my shoulder blades and lower back. Also found so many areas where you suddenly think you didn't know how much tension there was. Absolutely lovely lady. Very professional. The room looked amazing too. Nothing to fault.

I had a first time facial today and I highly recommend! Stacey was very friendly and professional, she assessed my skin and we discussed my problem areas. The appointment didn’t feel rushed and I felt listened to. Stacey explained what I need to achieved my goals. I have a home care kit which I can’t wait to get started with. The facial its self was super relaxing afterward my skin feels amazing! It’s so soft, smooth and glowing. I can’t stop touching it! See you again in 4 weeks. Thank you!
