We chose the besties package which worked perfectly as a birthday gift/ couple head spa too! We found the service to be very informative, very calming and beyond relaxing ! Was nervous at first as never had any kind of service close to this before. But would definitely recommend. Also appreciated, that I didn’t have to talk if wasn’t feeling up to it. I’m not super confident so was nice to relax in silence…. But knew if wanted to ask any questions I could. Would give 6 stars if could ! Head never felt so relaxed and shiny woo! Thanks so much! A&P

An absolute diamond of a find! Georgia and the other lady are absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful. Georgia really knows her stuff and is also a nurse so is very knowledgable which puts me at ease. Love a visit to the salon and always leave smiling ❤️. Defo a regular now, a must visit 🙏🏽.

I had a fantastic experience today at the salon. I had booked a massage but not sure which one would benefit me. Shabana asked me question and with her expertise offered me a hot stone massage. I was experiencing tightness in my shoulders, neck and back which was getting worse each day. I can honestly say that I left the salon feeling so much better and no longer felt as if I was carrying the world on my back. The experience was so nice, calming and would recommend Shabana and the salon to everyone. I am so looking forward to my next visit. Thank you

WOW! The service I received was unbelievable from Shabana. Firstly I stated I have an allergy to Linalool and Shabana went out her way to find me an oil that would be suitable for my skin with less than 24hrs notice may I add! Shabana showed me the oil to prove it was safe. Even contacted me throughout the day to give me options. She also contacted the supplier and spoke to consultants in the company. She really went above and beyond and it showed how much she really cares about her clients. Thank you again Shabana🩷

Had two treatments today, reflexology and a black diamond facial. Both were carried out by Shabana, amazing does not come close to describing the treatments and experience. I’ve had black diamond facials before, not just a facial it is the most relaxing experience, this is definitely down to Shabana’s exceptional skills. Never had reflexology didn’t really know what to expect. Will definitely be having more. If you’re thinking of booking a treatment - don’t hesitate just book you will not be disappointed. You’ll come away feeling chilled and energised in equal measure.

Shabana was polite and very experienced .She did a brief skin consultation before the facial and explained the process which she tailored as per my need . she started the facial with a brief session of meditative mindfulness which I thought was very good. I really appreciate her initiative to open this place to help Hospice as well. Thank you.

Ellie was lovely, thankfully she was as chatty as me so felt right at ease. Very relaxing, almost dozed off a couple times. The head spa is one experience you need to have! Would 100% recommend to anyone and everyone! Also the facial… my gosh! My skin is like a babies bottom, I can’t thank Ellie enough!!

Had a spa pedicure and shellac by Lisa most enjoyable . All girls are lovely in Lumiere .

Lovely experience having the pamper package so have booked again!

This was my 1st visit to Lumiere, my friend and I both opted for the pamper package of 3x20min treatments. The place inside is clean and inviting and the girls were very friendly and answered any questions we had. The treatments we received were lovely and relaxing and prices are good.The ambiance in the room I had my treatments in was great, and the room was a nice temperature. Would definitely use Lumiere again and would recommend it to anyone thinking of going for a massage or facial. They offer lots of other beauty treatments and aesthetics but I can't comment on these as not had any.

Shabana is such a lovely & professional holistic therapist who really cares & prioritises your wellness while making you feel relaxed and your absolute best. I highly recommend the 2 hour self care package where you choose a massage & a facial. You’re in good hands with Shabana and I will absolutely be back! As someone who also works in the beauty & wellness industry this is of the best and most relaxing experiences I have had. Thank you so much!

My body, neck, head and face massage was amazing this Sunday afternoon with Shabana. The spa room was warm and has a beautiful interior. I have never had a warm towel wrapped around my neck before for a head massage this was very comforting and so relaxing. Shabana also incorporated some breathing and mindfulness during my treatments, my whole experience today was truly amazing. Cant wait for my next appointment with Shabana. LA Jackson
