Was our first time using Big Paws and was really impressed. Scott has a lovely, gentle approach to the dogs and is very reassuring. He did a great job, Sparky had a full groom and left looking fresh and tidy. Will definitely be a regular customer.

I rescued a 5 year old cocker spaniel who was used for breeding. She had no idea about life as a dog and was in a bad state. Scott gave me a very quick appointment and spent a long time grooming her. She came out a different dog. Yesterday was our second visit and once again Scott did a great job. Lovely gentle approach and my dogs tail wagging all the time. Reasonable price great grooming area.

Wonderful service from start to finish. We let the groomers know that they were dealing with an old girl whose back legs aren't what they used to be, and they were so gentle and understanding with her. They took great care to make sure she was comfortable, and they did a superb job. She came back all fluffed up, looking absolutely lovely, and it was clear she had been well looked after. We couldn't be happier with the service and would highly recommend them.
