This place is extraordinary. The staff is beyond friendly, helpful and pleasant (which is sadly so rare these days.) The environment is wonderful, perfect lighting, relaxing sounds and scents, comfortable waiting area and service stations. I've visited 3 times now. I received hair services from Reese, massage services from Kenzie, and skin care services from Liz, and am usually greeted by Cassidy. All four girls are professional, attentive, and pleasant to receive services from. The owner is very involved with the spa and is also so pleasant, her friendly demeanor brightens up the place.

Got the Love is in the hair package with a tinsel add on for me and my mum with Reese and Liz. It was amazing! Both girls are so nice and fun to talk with. The products they used on our hair smell amazing and we both walked out feeling so pretty and refreshed. Thank you so much girls! 🩷

Kenzie is awesome, she works on my trouble spots She relaxes and releases tightness on these spots . My back is a mess from an accident. I’ve been coming to this spa for a few months now every week sometimes twice a week . I can say that I am very pleased with the results from everyone here who has helped me . I highly recommend The Loft Spa

I can’t say enough good things about Kenzie at The Loft Spa! I went in with a wicked kink in my back, and not only did she make it feel a million times better, but she also helped me discover I had a rib out of joint. Kenzie gave me specific exercises to do, and they have been a game changer. I’m feeling so much better thanks to her expertise and care. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and skilled massage therapist!

As a new mom, a massage with Jayden is becoming routine! You feel relaxed from the moment you walk into the Loft spa's doors and I never want the session to end. Jayden is thorough and will go back to an area that needs a little extra care! It is a safe space and the table warmer is a bonus.

I thoroughly enjoy my visits to the spa. Using the cocoon fitness pod has helped ease back pain, while providing me with a half hour of bissfiul relaxation. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, they want to make sure you have a great experience. It's a wonderful treat to your body and soul.

I have used the services of at least 7 Reikki practitioners. Only 2 were exceptional. Misty is one of the two. The other 5 I only went to once because they were ineffective at best. Her skills are helping me very much.

Spoiled myself with a spa day and Carissa did an amazing job, I was falling asleep! The facial was out of this world, it was my second lash lift but first one with Carissa and she did an amazing job, I noticed she took her time and was very careful around my eyes which I appreciated. I also had a brow wax and tint and she communicated with me as to how I wanted them. I am glowing, my confidence is shining, I feel great🥰

Once again more than satisfied with my Loft Spa experience, Highly recommend.!!
