When you book for an hour - it's a full hour of massage - Not missing the few moments before as you are in the room getting ready for your massage. The active release techniques, knowing when more pressure and less pressure is warranted, and knowing how just the body is put together helps target my problem areas effectively. I would recommend Refine Wellness. :)

I had my first time hydra facial with Kyla and i honestly can go on and on about the amazing experience I had when I first met her and spoke to her!
