I had HIFU done for the first time on my jawline and under my chin. Have only had one session so far and the results are so good! It takes a couple of months to see the results so requires patience but it's worth it. Mary is very experienced and knowledgeable on her treatments and everything skin related. Have recommended her to my friends :)

The Recovery Rooms are a great addition to the offering at Empire Performance Centre. A well thought out space, with one ice bath and three saunas, leg compression pants, massage guns and a big screen TV that you can sit on the couch and chill out to. Sauna and ice bath temps can be adjusted if need be, as well as being able to book and switch back and forth between the two.

Ella P was from my experience in the space of facials in delivery, execution and offered experience was sensational! As always great experience all around. I was greeted very nicely and offered a water . Chatted to another lady while waiting who was lovely. Shelly came to collect me and did my treatment with care very professionally as she has always done in the past. Shelly is always very warm and friendly even though it’s been awhile since I last was in the salon it was like I’d been there yesterday. All the ladies are very lovely as was the salon. Thank you
