The staff is skilled and knowledgeable especially Stephanie, and they genuinely care about their clients' satisfaction. My overall experience was superb! I chose the Signature Package, and it was incredibly relaxing. I highly recommend this pampering session to everyone. The team of staff was commendable—very welcoming and friendly. Reanne gave me a reminder before my visit and assisted me upon arrival. Stephanie was extremely professional and explained the procedures thoroughly. Mercedes took excellent care of me during the massage, facial, and steam bath. She ensured my comfort throughout the entire experience. Kudos to the entire team! Mandala has become my top spa spot, and I will definitely be returning!🥰
