Used the infrared sauna today and I must say I was Impressed. Left leaving so relaxed and refreshed and my skin feels so clean and clear! Yoko stepped in and did my nails, and did a fab job. Always a pleasure visiting

I had the most WONDERFUL morning at Wild Beauty. Sauna, followed by an excellent facial with Sehar. Topped off with a head spa with Piera. I felt so relaxed at the end of a stressful couple of months I floated home! This should come on prescription for wellness! Thank you all so much ❤️

My first infrared sauna session and definitely not last! I very much enjoyed relaxing and switching off, knowing my body was releasing toxins at the same time. I wasn't sure if it would be too hot for my liking but it was very enjoyable, much more than a traditional sauna.

Just the best head spa followed by infrared sauna. I truly feel so relaxed, my hair is so soft and my scalp feels calm and really nourished. The hair rinse at the end has a beautiful scent and really feels like the perfect end to a wonderful treatment.

Staff are always warm and welcoming.I started with the infrared sauna which was the ideal way to start my session.I followed this with a massage and facial with Beth.The attention to what my body and face needed was impeccable and I left feeling fantastic. Excellent massage with Jeanette. So relaxing but really targeted. The sauna was also great and completely different to saunas i have been in before which I couldn't tolerate for longer than a few minutes. Loved that you had your own room and shower. All very relaxing!

When I want to know if a treatment is effective, I wait for my mum to say something: "You look very scrubbed and glowing. What have you been doing?" On this occasion, the new infrared sauna at Wild Beauty! I so enjoyed my experience. It was incredibly relaxing - a little cocoon of loveliness - and you can play your own music via bluetooth. The sauna is a comfortable temperature and then at around 20 minutes the sweat really kicks in. I definitely had a glow afterwards - mum test approved. I hope to use this often for best results. I was really looking forward to trying the new infrared sauna service, and it did not disappoint! The experience was incredible from start to finish. The space is calm, spotless, and beautifully set up. The sauna itself is modern, easy to use, and has a Bluetooth system so you can play your own music. I left feeling completely relaxed and had the best night’s sleep afterwards. It’s such a beautiful way to recharge and fill up my cup. Well done Mary and the team!

Chinequa is very professional, she made me feel welcomed and comfortable as soon as I walked in. The experience at her salon was 10/10. My hair came out perfect, exactly how I wanted it.
