Wow what an incredible place. My daughter and I both had massages, which were incredible. Afternoon tea yummmmm especially the cup cakes but the hot tub, sauna etc are knockout. They even have shower and hairdryer, straighteners, dressing area. I need back ASAP. Ladies u have to visit here xxx

Had to most amazing chilled day with my mum. I bought this voucher as a Christmas present and she absolutely loved it. We both had the facial and massage by Jocelyn and it was fab. This is now my second visit and the girls are all so welcoming and lovely. Will definitely be back!! X

My reflexology treatment was great and my therapist Susan was lovely. Also paid an extra £50 for an hour at the spa (mainly to use the sauna). The sauna wasn't working and the door is really difficult to shut anyway so I only got to use the hot tub and relaxation area. Was disappointed as I had spent that extra money on the spa and ended up leaving 30 minutes early because the sauna wasn't working.

Another absolutely fantastic visit to Park West! Husband and I booked in to celebrate his birthday; treatments for both of us and use of the lodge. All I can say is, we have left floating on a cloud! Sharon is an absolute legend, working wonders with back, neck and shoulder massages followed by an Indian head massage. The lodge is a little slice of heaven where you can continue your relaxation, chill out and decompress on the loungers or in the hot tub and sauna; literally spoiled! We really didn't want to leave. The owner Jocelyn is the most beautiful soul and will have us back in a heartbeat

My sister and I had a very relaxing day we had the full body massage and the facial Emma & Samantha were lovely and friendly and looked after us. We also purchased the 2 hour SPA deal the cabin was amazing with a lovely relaxing area, a shower and a room with hairdryer and straightener's which was a nice touch. Outside the cabin was the Jacuzzi, Sauna and a cold tub. There was a lovely seating area that you could relax at and have lunch. Would definitely recommend this little Gem. Thanks also to Alan and staff who helped us.

Amazing from start to finish. Was an early birthday treat for my husband. Both had treatments & booked the oak lodge out for 1 hour to use hot tub, relaxing area, ice baths & sauna. Would highly recommend.

I had bought my wife the spa package deal for her birthday. She had two treatments with Caitlin, which she said were brilliant. And then we had the lodge (jacuzzi, sauna, etc.) for a couple of hours, which was absolutely superb - highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic day spent at Park West in the Lodge. There to celebrate a friends 40th and I cannot articulate how fabulous the day was! The lodge is stunning, immaculate and well thought out; the hot tub, ice baths, sauna and patio is the perfect place to chill following the most amazing treatments from the loveliest therapists. Wish we could have a day like today, everyday! Thank you so much for making it even more memorable than we could ever have thought possible. Will DEFINITELY be back!!

I've just had an amazing full body massage from Jocelyn, using aromatherapy oils. I could have just fallen asleep, it was so relaxing. However, I didn't want to miss a moment!
