First time here and it was an amazing experience! Friendly staff. We had a girls trip of 3. We did the salt cave and sauna. It was very relaxing and made my skin feel amazing! I definitely want to go back again.

We had the most wonderful experience at The Salt Cave Niagara! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and cared for. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Our floating session was so calming, followed by a peaceful time in the beautiful salt cave and a cozy, rejuvenating session in the infrared sauna. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to create a relaxing and healing atmosphere. We left feeling refreshed, recharged, and full of gratitude. We can’t wait to come back!

Had the Detox and Zen Reset Special today after Salt Cave...thank you Teresa for recommending we come back on this not so busy Saturday! The infrared sauna was a dream I could have stayed in it forever, the cold bucket could have been colder but was nice:) for relief. All the resting space and quiet music really sets a great tone. Bromine water with cucumber and tea afterwards are very refreshing. For the head therapy and facial Brittany was fabulous, as good as an RMT with strong tender hands on my scalp, arms, legs and feet, alhough she did miss one hand. The facial was great.

It was my first visit and it is definitely not going to be my last. The whole experience is so calming and relaxing. I started in the salt cave and ended in the infrared sauna. Great facilities and fantastic customer service. I highly recommend.

Amazing experience. Did infrared sauna and salt cave. I have been sick for over a month; after an hour in the salt cave I can breath and my nose is running! Very professional. Would highly recommend

I love this place.It is the best invention ever.The salt cave it's so amazing.I need one that suffers with any kind of sinus problems or headaches or congestion.Oh, this is the place for you.The people there are so friendly and so caring... You are treated like family and home while you're there.One day, I will get to the other things that they offer.But when I think about the niagara salt cave, I think about the salt cave... It is for sure a must if you're in the niagara falls.Area or hamilton area as they have a location there too

We had a lovely time celebrating Mother’s Day together. I only recommend that there be separate times for parents needing to bring children into the salt cave. If attending your first time, it definately takes away from being able to enjoy your time when children are just being children and are making noise. The lovely woman that works the desk/sets everyone up with blonde hair very kindly did make things right for us when it came to that issue and we did much appreciate that gesture so all together it was a great experience and a relaxing time. Will be back!

What a great experience from beginning to end.. we did the Cave then the Sauna gracious hosts either everything you need to have a nice relaxing experience..Robes, towels and even shampoo if needed. Bucket of cold water in shower from above that pulls down to give yourself a break when you’re too hot the sauna just like running out in the snow lol would highly recommend 😊

The float, infrared sauna and hot stone massage were fantastic! We felt relaxed and recharged. I definitely would come again to try more services!

My husband and I were impressed with this spa experience; we did the hot and cold circuit and really enjoyed our first time in the infrared sauna and salt cave. It would be even more peaceful if it was only the waterfall sounds - in our opinion. Teresa was Fabulous!! Thank you

The experience was great, as usual. Tried the sauna for the first time and found it amazing. So relaxing. I followed it with a session in the cool salt cave and I was on cloud nine the rest of the day! Would highly recommend this combo to anyone.
