I’ve visited Body WRL three times now with my partner and we’ve enjoyed our experience every time. We normally use the infrared sauna but we’ve tried the float pod too and it was a great experience. The staff are nice and helpful, the facility is clean, and the actual amenities are great.

I just absolutely love coming to Body Wrl and having some relaxing time out with the Deluxe Infra red sauna which includes the beautiful rain shower . The ambience in this place is next level and the whole experience from the moment i walk in just so relaxing with the subtle lighting and also can change the coloured lights for different effects . Nice big jug of filtered water im just in heaven sweating away all my troubles from the week . So relaxed and renewed afterwards ready to get on with my day .Beautiful staff just so lovely &accommodating. Very clean & professional private day spa

Had an amazing experience at Body WRL using their infrared saunas. The facility is clean, modern, and well-maintained, making it the perfect place to unwind and detox. Incredible space! Every detail thought of; beautiful water jug/glassware, Aesop with Bembooka hand towels in the sauna - the staff were super friendly and helpful when I was asking what other machines did - recommend!

I’ve had a fantastic experience at Body WRL in Rosebery. Their cutting-edge therapies like whole-body Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna, NovoTHOR light therapy, and Float Therapy have made a real difference in my recovery and overall wellness. The staff are professional, and the environment is calming and welcoming, which makes each visit enjoyable.

The staff made it accommodating and relaxing from entering the doors until we left. Such a relaxing experience. My partner and I did the the 30min infrared sauna followed by the 1 hr float therapy. I will be back for sure !

I have been going to WRL for 3 weeks now, doing 30 mins oxygen hyperbaric plus 30 mins infrared sauna and i always come out feeling completely refreshed and re-energised. I have found it has helped me have better sleep and cleared brain fog. Dee, Billy and Christian are always super helpful, professional and provide advice and info on the facilities, which are all new and very clean. I can't recommend them highly enough and have just bought myself a 10 pack!

Excellent service and infra red sauna. Also me and a friend of mine tried the oxygen chamber. We are feeling very cheerful now. My friend was a bit sick before coming here but after the chamber she said she feels better. We are planning to have membership in the club from next week.

I had previously visited Body WRL to try out a couple of the wellness offerings, but this afternoon my wife and I spent several hours enjoying a number of different treatments. Starting with the float tank, we shared 45 minutes of absolute bliss and a feeling of zero gravity. This was followed by 30 mins of infrared sauna, 20 mins reclining in a meditation/massage/oxygen chair and then 3 minutes each in the cryotherapy chamber which was exhilarating! My wife also experienced the facial cryotherapy treatment and said it was amazing. Perfect Sunday. Body WRL team are wonderful and so welcoming.
