Would prefer a private sauna experience for the money. Also sauna could be hotter.

I have never tried any of the therapies in the discovery pack before except for a sauna. It was such a fun experience, trying them all and the people at Super Young were so friendly and helpful. Great experience

Been a couple of times now to the infrared sauna as well as hot/cold therapy and it’s been great! Staff are excellent, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

The staff, the place and the facilities are amazing. It is truly, a longevity experience worth visiting for. I would come back weekly for the sauna and ice baths!

Used the social sauna and cryo. Loved it. Enjoyed not being in a solo small sauna room but looking out on a big communal space 👌🏽

Loved visiting Super-Young. Right as I walked I felt welcomed, staff were absolutely lovely and very knowledgeable. The space is beautiful. I feel rejuvenated and can’t wait to go back.

Love Super Young - just amazing Contrast therapy - sauna & cold plunge

Super young ia the best sauna for me because i can do like private and the smell is realy nice , clean and kindness , thank you guys

Incredible set up. Your tolerance for “woo” may vary, but the stuff I liked - cryo, sauna, cold plunge- was exceptional. Very friendly, spotless, modern venue.

It was such a great session. Cryotherapy, recovery boots, led treatment, sauna and ice bath. I feel reinvigorated totally.

Very good. Really liked and appreciated being shaperoned by the lovely women who works there, and other staff friendly as too. I would only want to be sure I have Sauna to myself next time though, as I'm more comfortable that way. Thanks guys!

The service and just the overall atmosphere of super young is amazing and make you feel so relaxed and comfortable. Favorite is Red Light, Infrared Sauna and Cyro. Will be back regularly 😃
