I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable I was made to feel. An explanation was given for the whole procedure. I am definitely having another one. And the sauna wasn't as bad an experience as I had remembered from years ago.

I felt so safe and comfortable with Jamie. I’d like to thank her for her warmth, care and professionalism throughout the process. I loved the infrared sauna along with the colonic. It’s unbelievable how much we harbour emotional trauma. I’m feeling so free & light! Thank you Jamie, you’re truly wonderful!

Very professional service. I felt very comfortable. The sauna was great and the colon hydrotherapy was awkward but because I had Jamie there to talk to me and distract me it seemed like I was just having a chat to a friend. I have already booked for my next appointment.

It was my first time and Jamie made me feel very comfortable, talking to her was actually quite therapeutic during the process. Had the infra-red sauna beforehand and felt it was definitely the right order for me. Felt very refreshed afterwards. Thank you!
