I love Rewind, the best infrared sauna on the coast. The sauna is private and you can bring some friends and have a goss or be completely alone. I love to have a Sauna, Salt room and an IV the best way to feel your very best. I also love the facials and massages, really is such a gem of a clinic.

Wonderful experience at Rewind. I had the IV infusion and salt therapy. I was lucky to get a bonus red light facial treatment. Such a cool space and Leanne was so lovely.

Very neat clean and professional clinic. Great resources and I plan on trying them all at some stage. Keen to try the arctic dry ice cold room, stand inside for 3 minute maximum tolerance on human body. Sauna and ice bath. Hyperbaric chamber was a good experience and my body tolerated it when and felt fresher afterwards. Many thanks to Tash for her warm welcome and wonderful nursing practice. We shall return. Wow so good. Definately go. Sauna is wooden and hot as. Icebath is easily accessible in and out. 9 degrees ideal. I had such a great session today and will be back as soon as I can.

Absolutely beautiful experience. Had the sauna, ice bath and Wellness IV. Everything was super comfortable, relaxed and the decor was really lovely. Tash was a beautiful soul who made a needle phobe ( me!) feel very much at ease. Will definitely be back x
